We are living in a world where people are getting more facilities than before. More or less all the countries are being developed day by day. This development is causing more civilization as people prefer to live in developed areas. So the cities are being overpopulated, and it’s causing a traffic jam. Hyundai stepped in with the solution.
The Hyundai company has come up with an idea of launching an aircar to reduce the traffic pressure on the roads. A South Korean automaker company has announced to launch an aircar in real life. They have created a new team named “urban air mobility,” which is being led by Dr. Jaiwon Shin.
Dr. Shin is an aeronautical engineer who has worked recently at NASA. During his work period, he has supervised $725 million programs which include Supersonic X-plane, the electrification of aircraft, UAS traffic management, and urban air mobility.
The South Korean automaker has told that the business unit, which is led by Dr.Shin, will develop core technologies and innovative solutions for safe and efficient airborne travel. Hyundai says Dr. Shin’s expertise centers on airframe, engine, aviation safety, and air traffic management technologies that will allow it to take the lead in the urban air mobility sector.
According to Shin, the urban air sector market’s growth will be $1.5 trillion in the next 20 years. The market analysis is saying that there are different kinds of air taxis companies like Uber, Kitty Hawk Corp, Terrafugia, and Volocopter.
Hyundai and other company’s goal is to solve the traffic problem as the roads can’t be extended, so we have to choose an alternative modern way to solve this recent problem. So launching an aircar can reduce the pressure on the ground and can use the sky as alternative roads. Shin’s experience says that an air car is as vital as developing aircraft.
